You will need to register your PI number with the RPA SPS Electronic Channel service on the Government Gateway. Each of your clients will need to allocate you as their agent via the Gateway - go to the RPA's website (www.rpa.gov.uk) and type electronic channel in the search box. Follow the links to 'How to use this service'. You can then print out the instructions for registering with the Gateway as an agent.
