The Government Gateway does not seem to be responding?
Have you had any warning messages? You will be told if you have done something wrong such as entering your ID incorrectly. Check that your internet connection is working correctly outside the program. It may be that the Gateway is very busy (please do not wait until May 14th) - try again later. If we know of any specific problems with the connection we will send you an email.
