The Gateway is open and ready now for you to download and submit your completed application. Your application should be submitted before midnight on 15th May 2008, whether electronically or by paper. Do not leave it until the last minute to do the submission as you may encounter problems if the Gateway is busy. We would recommend that you should aim to complete your electronic submission at least a week before the deadline so that if you do encounter any unexpected problems you have given yourself enough time to try again. Late submissions may be made up until 9th June but you will incur penalties. The scheme, and hence the Gateway, will close at midnight on 9th June 2008.
