I am having problems loading the SPS program onto a machine that uses Vista/Error messages when I try to use the program on a Vista machine

It is possible that there are some files that have not registered correctly. To correct this go to the CD that we sent and open it up using 'My Computer'. You will see that there is a folder called 'Utilities'. Open this up and double click on the file called SPSVistareg.bat. Let it run and just say OK whenever it needs a confirmation.
