Common Rights - I own the Common - how do I indicate this so that it enters a x in column CA7.

Use the option Setup - Common Details and mark that you own it on this screen. You can then allocate the type and number of rights in Entries - Common Rights. However if you own the common without any specific rights, select the type 'Owner' from the drop down list.
