No, the RPA will only accept their own paper forms. However, as you can now submit the entire SP5 application electronically you no longer need to transpose the figures onto the form. If you are submitting the forms on paper you can print a similar layout of the official forms and use them to check that all your details are correct before entering anything onto the RPA's forms. You will also then have a hard copy of your own to refer to next year. NB do not send back the paper form as well as making an electronic submission as this could delay your claim.
