If you have marked a field as 'Given Up' in a previous year on the SPS program you may find that it is still appearing in 2008 and is shown on your field data printouts. It will still be marked as 'Given Up' i.e. there is a x in column C9 to indicate that it is deleted. You may wish to remove these fields completely from this year's reports. Go to 'Basic Information' and select that field. Click on the 'Delete' button at the top of the screen. This will not remove these fields from any previous years' records or reports.
NB Fields with a status of 'Given Up' are not included in the electronic submission to the RPA.
