A number of people have asked us how to print part of the field data sheet - for example just for a particular holding. This can be done by using a 'print to pdf' utility. Simply go to Google and type in Print to PDF. You will find that are a number of free downloads that allow you send a printout to a 'Print to PDF' utility instead of a printer. This opens the document up in Adobe Reader which can then be used to specify the pages that you wish to print.
