IMPORTANT - It has come to our attention that changing the selected holding for a particular field will not update your land parcel details correctly on version 1.16.28. Please make sure that you have loaded the latest version -1.16.31 which has been sent to you.
Full details of the problem - if you have created field names that are assigned to a particular holding (in Setup - Fields) but have subsequently edited the holding to another one, the new details are not reflected correctly against the land parcel in the Basic Information screen.

If you look at the land parcel in the Basic Information screen you will see that the old holding is still displayed but the field name is blank.

If you now look at a land parcel that belongs to Arbour field you will see that this change has not been correctly reflected in the Basic Information screen. The field name is missing and the old holding is still displayed. |
The consequence of this is that the Field Data sheets will still show this land parcel as being allocated to the original, incorrect holding.
IMPORTANT WARNING – if the original, incorrect holding is subsequently deleted, any land parcels that had been allocated to it will NOT be shown on your field data printouts or included in your electronic submission.
We have identified the problem and will be sending an updated program to you in the next couple of days. It will check your data and correct the problem automatically if it is identified. Please load it even if you have already done your submission so that we can check your data. If a problem is identified you must re-send your submission. The RPA will normally take the latest submission but they may ring you to confirm that this is the correct one.
If you have any concerns about any aspect of this, please do not hesitate to ring the Adviceline. This problem will not occur with version 1.116.31 onwards.
