Running a Multi-report for Selection of Fields

If you want to run one of the reports in Field records for more than one field, you can use the Multi-report function to help you.

• In 'Field Records', go to 'Reports' and highlight the report you want to run
• Click on the 'Multi-report' button
• Highlight the relevant fields you want to run the report for.
• Choose either 'Preview' or 'Print'
• Then click 'OK'
• This will then either print the report for every field or allow you to preview the report for every field, one by one.
