Changing Employee Pay Rates

To change the Pay Rates for an individual employee:

• Open the Employee menu.
• Go to the option 'Alter Current Employee'.
• Select the employee
• Click on the Rates tab.
• To change an individual rate paid, click in the '£/hour' box and alster the figure

To make a global change to all employees with the same rate:

• Open the Company menu
• Choose 'Alter Company Details'
• Click on the 'Pay Rates' tab.
• Change the value of the relevant rate. Ensure the 'Fixed' box is ticked to globally change all employees with this rate. You will be prevented from editing this rate elsewhere - i.e from within the employee details or during a payroll run.
