Clearing Operator Locks

This message is usually seen if you have had to exit the program without closing the program proplerly (perhaps if you have had a power cut).

To clear the locks:

  • Go into Earnie as normal.
  • When you are asked to enter the user name and password enter 'SYSTEM' as the name and 'admin' as the password.
  • This will take you to the Administration screen. Open the 'Operators/Groups' menu at the top.
  • Select 'Clear Operator Locks'.
  • Return to Earnie by going to 'File' and selecting 'Use Earnie'.
  • Enter your normal log in details.
