The user preferences that are displayed in the Data Entry screens will depend on the settings used in Tools - Options - Data Entry tab.
New transaction on entry
If this is ticked you will be presented with a grey screen offering the choice of entering a new transaction when you go into either a cash analysis or invoice entry screen.
If this box is left blank the last entry made will be displayed each time you go into data entry.
New transaction after save
If this box is ticked, after saving a transaction in data entry you are presented with a grey screen offering the choice to move onto a new transaction. If this box is left blank the last saved entry will be retained on the screen.
Default payment settings
The default Payment settings can also be altered from this screen. Click the drop down arrow to choose from:
- Days in next month (the number of days can be specified)
- Days from invoice (the number of days can be specified)
- End of this month
