In the event of equipment problems or failure, our UK based team of hardware specialists are here to help. Our aim is to get your equipment operating properly. This means that, whether the fault turns out to be hardware or software, we will endeavor to get to the cause.
We solve 80% of problems with a single call. Access to support is easy. Just pick up the telephone or send us an email.
Hardware Systems Care is included for an initial period with many of our hardware product sales. If you have not purchased hardware from us, but are interested in support for your computer hardware, please contact us. The Premier service is an enhanced Hardware Systems Care service.
